INTRODUCTION

Introduction

We provide a suite of analytical software tools for green hydrogen, ammonia, methanol, and SAF (collectively HAMS) production projects. Through techno-economic modeling, our tools simulate the entire process from variable wind and solar power generation to stable green fuel production, presenting key technical and economic data to support project planning, decision-making, design, and operation. We aim to advance the global green hydrogen and fuel industry through these tools.
HAMS is an online software service. Users can register for free, create projects, input wind/solar and hydrogen/fuel equipment parameters, run analyses, and view results, store cases, or export reports — all from their browser.

HAMS-1
Preliminary Techno-Economic Analysis
Performs upfront techno-economic analysis for green hydrogen/ammonia/methanol/SAF projects. Users input site location, wind/solar profiles, battery and hydrogen storage capacities, PEM/ALK electrolyzer specs, synthesis parameters, and pricing data. The software outputs 8,760-hour hourly generation, fuel production, storage dynamics, EPC costs, ROI, and auto-generates downloadable reports.
HAMS-2
7-Day Operational Forecast
Simulates green fuel production for the upcoming week. Similar to HAMS-1, but integrates a real-time weather API that fetches 10-day forecasts to predict hourly power output and fuel production for the next 7 days. Ideal for analyzing hydrogen/ammonia output under real-time weather conditions. Does not perform EPC or ROI analysis.
HAMS-3
Dynamic System Simulation
Real-time dynamic simulation. Given current operating conditions (power output, battery SOC, hydrogen levels), the system simulates wind/solar generation, hydrogen production, chemical synthesis, and equipment states (pumps, valves) at 1–60 second intervals. Helps users understand system behavior and guide actual production operations.
